The Service is informational only. It is designed to help you understand your lab results and prepare questions for your doctor. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Account details you provide, such as an email address.
• Report data you upload for analysis.
• Basic usage information needed to operate and secure the Service.

De-identification before analysis

Your name and identifying details are never sent to the AI. Before analysis, we construct a de-identified context that contains only the numeric results and coarse information — such as an age range — needed to explain them.

Deletion by default

Your original report is deleted within seconds after analysis by default. You may choose to save a copy to your encrypted vault. Vault storage is opt-in and can be turned off at any time.

How we protect data

Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest using AES-256. Sensitive values receive field-level encryption. Access is restricted and audited.

Data we never sell or share

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. Any advertising only ever appears on public content pages, never inside the app.

Your choices and consent

Consent is requested per purpose — such as analysis, longitudinal storage, chat, or email — and can be withdrawn at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data whenever you wish.

AI providers

We use business API terms under which your content is not used to train models.

Children

The Service is not intended for use by children without appropriate consent from a parent or guardian.

Security is never absolute

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we work hard to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
